CHERIMOYA
		Heart-shaped fruit with a shingled pale green skin. Ripe when skin turns darker green and fruit yields to gentle pressure. Creamy white flesh that melts in your mouth. Cut into wedges and spoon out the fruit, discarding the seeds. Taste is a blend of pineapple, banana, and vanilla. Native to the Andes.
