Saying "congratulations" on the arrival of a new baby is really as easy as saying how you feel.
What great news! The arrival of a new baby is one of many occasions that you might want
to acknowledge with a heartfelt congratulations note. The tone of these congratulations
greetings tends to be the same: you want to exuberantly express your positive feelings about
someone's accomplishment, the reaching of a milestone, or even good luck.
In your baby note you want to welcome the new baby and congratulate the new parents.
Even a short baby message will work just fine. Here are a few sample baby cards:
