Stictly Vegan Bagel Brunch features four traditional bagels (two poppy seed and two sesame) made here in NYC the old-fashioned water-boiled way and without egg glaze. We found a deliciously creamy cashew nut scallion cream cheese by Treeline that won't make you miss the dairy in the least. Sprinkle with some capers for a punch of extra flavor. Fresh fruit, a knife and our fabulous organic Volcanic Blood Orange juice from the Mt. Etna area of Siciliy make the vegan brunch table complete.
