This 24 month aged DOP Parmigiano Reggiano is lovingly made by Gian Domenico Serra and his three children in one of the only four dairies in Italy that make up the Consorzio di Sola Bruna. They are dedicated to producing the world’s best Parmigiano Reggiano, using solely the milk of brown Italian cows fed exclusively grass and hay. Only 9 wheels a day are produced so we consider ourselves quite lucky to have this masterwork of a cheese in our line of gifts.
