Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Halva made by Seed + Mill, a modern update on an ancient Middle Eastern dessert. Halva -- the Arabic word for sweet -- is made by mixing tahini at a high temperature and then hand-stirring chocolate and sea salt in the batter, creating luscious ribbons of intense nutty/sweet flavor and marbled density.
