We've paired our Lily's Peace Cake with Rivarose Brut Sparkling Rose, a fine sparkling rose from Salon de Provence, France. It is perfect as a refreshing aperitif or paired with sweet desserts.
Lily's Peace Cake is made exclusively for us by Amy's Bread in NYC and is made with olive oil instead of butter and also contains almonds and hints of orange and lemon. Each cake comes with an olive leaf stencil, powered sugar and a sifter -- simply cut out the stencil with scissors, sprinkle powdered sugar over the top and voila! You will have a beautifully decorated cake!
