Timing
We strive to meet your last-minute gift-giving needs by fulfilling same-day orders placed before 10:00am Eastern Standard Time. However, during the December holidays, we may require several days to design and deliver your gift. Please note that our operations are closed on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Payment and Prices
We accept payments through American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal. House accounts are exclusively available for businesses. Please note that prices do not encompass delivery costs, and sales tax is added to gifts delivered within New York.
Product and Substitutions
In consideration of seasonal availability and supply constraints, we may craft your gift with alternative ingredients of equal or superior quality and value.
Delivery
We offer delivery services from Monday through Saturday, hand-delivering within a radius of approximately 25 miles from Manhattan or providing nationwide shipping. It's important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect addresses provided to us.

Returns
Manhattan Fruitier offers a range of perishable products, including fruit baskets and boxes, nuts, dried fruit, chocolates, desserts, cheese, meat, and fish. Due to their nature, these items cannot be returned. However, our satisfaction guarantee ensures that damaged products will be promptly replaced.
