Lily's Peace Cake

Lily’s Peace Cake is named for a cherished French Bulldog once part of the Manhattan Fruitier family, and for the olive branch, a universal symbol of peace and goodwill. This heritage-inspired confection has become a signature in our collection, embodying warmth, elegance, and tradition.

Exclusively baked for us by Amy’s Bread in NYC, the cake is made with olive oil in place of butter, yielding a moist crumb enriched with almonds and delicate notes of orange and lemon. Light yet refined, it is equally at home at breakfast, afternoon tea, or dessert.

Each cake is accompanied by a reusable olive-leaf stencil, powdered sugar, and a mini sifter. With a graceful dusting, you’ll reveal a design that transforms the cake into a striking centerpiece. Serves 8.
