• Organic Manchego - Crafted from the milk of Manchega ewes in La Mancha, this cheese offers a mild, nutty flavor with a unique buttered toast note and a chewy texture. 

• Marieke Gouda - A caramel-sweet flavor, with a boast of dense, buttery texture and a pleasant grassy aroma. Cheese maker Marieke Penterman’s Old World recipe is made from raw cows’ milk and is brined for 60 hours, before being cured and aged on Dutch pine planks.

• Mitica’s Drunken Goat is a semi-soft cheese from Murcia, Spain, bathed in local red wine made from Monastrell grapes, which gives its natural rind a striking violet hue and a gentle wine aroma. Inside, the paste is ivory, supple, and pleasantly creamy with a clean goat’s-milk sweetness, mild tang, and a silky finish.

• Cheese Vella Romanello - A distinctively crafted Romano-style cheese, aged to perfection over 5 to 7 months, is coated with a blend of canola oil and cocoa powder, imparting a rustic charm. Its flavor profile offers a delightful balance of sweetness and fruitiness, complemented by a captivating, fragrant aroma.

• Chevoo Herbes de Provence Marinated Goat Cheese - This aromatic variety draws inspiration from the traditional culinary blend of the Provence region in southeastern France. Silky goat cheese is infused with aromatic herbs and then paired with a lightly garlic-infused olive oil blend.

These cheeses are accompanied by fresh fruit, a cheese knife, fig jam, and organic rosemary crackers.
