Our friends at One Girl Cookies expertly bake this sophisticated collection of tea cookies especially for us at their beloved bakery and café in Cobble Hill Brooklyn. They are a perfect companion for afternoon tea, or for sweet snacking anytime.
Eight different varieties of cookies make up the collection--31 cookies in all--each with their own distinct personalities and flavors and each lovingly named for the inspirational women in One Girl Cookie’s family:
Leona is a raspberry coconut bar. Louisa is a poppy seed sugar cookie with lemon cream. Danielle is a spiced chocolate cookie with pistachios. Juliette is a hazelnut sandwich with chocolate cinnamon ganache. Susanna is a spiced oat wafer with crystallized ginger. Sylvia is a classic graham cracker. Cecilia is a chocolate sandwich filled with mocha cream. Lena is a rosemary biscuit with lemon zest.
